For a price list please contact us. A pricelist will be available to you upon request. To place an order, you may phone, email or fax us your request. Orders are taken 24 hrs a day by email (info@bombayimports.com) and Fax. Phone orders are accepted 9 am to 5 pm seven days a week.
We accept: Mastercard/Visa, money order, cashier checks, checks, cash. Orders paid by personal check will be mailed once check clears. Payment must be made in full before shipment.
Shipping and handling charges are paid by customer. We use US Post unless otherwise requested.
All in-stock orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours. For orders which are not in stock please allow 2-4 weeks, as all products are imported. For orders which are not in-stock, you will be notified as to it's availability.
Orders once placed may not be cancelled.
We have a high turn-over rate as well as we are suppliers to wholesalers, so please keep in mind all items may not be available immediately, but we will do our best to complete your order as soon as possible.
Some items such as but not limited to Bindis and Nose rings, are non refundable due to direct body contact.
Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of customer receiving shipment if there is a valid reason for return. Customer must notify Bombay Imports within 48 hours as to any problems that may arise.
Used items may not be returned.
